Oligo Analyzer is a practical tool for the users who need to analyze and compare various primers. The program allows you to work with multiple primers pairs and view their properties in order to study their common characteristics.Primers are nucleic acid strands that are used in DNA synthesis for research purposes. If you need to analyze the properties of multiple primers, this tool can help you view them with just a few clicks.In order to analyze a primer configuration you only need to enter the code in the right side panel. By clicking the Properties button the user can view the melting temperatures, molecular weight and general description in the main window.The user has the possibility to add a large number of primers in order to generate a similar report for all entries. The Pair feature enables you to view two primers in the same window and determine the optimal melting temperature.When you are dealing with large lists of primers it is recommended to store the details in a project file that you can open at a later date. You can also add notes about the results in order to easily know the ones that are suitable for multiplex PCR applications.In our tests, the program calculated the properties for multiple primers and compared them without requiring significant resources. The Options panel enables you to adjust the tail length and the salt concentration level used for the calculations.If you need to compare primers and primer pairs, the Oligo Analyzer provides you with a simple interface and quick results.
