GR Prefix Suffix is a lightweight program, designed to help you apply quick modifications to a piece of text, by adding prefixes or suffixes on each line. The tool is intuitive and simple to use, allowing you to load the text from the clipboard or from a particular file. Similarly, you can also export the result to a text file.

Straightforward interface

GR Prefix Suffix allows you to add the same word, sentence or custom string at the beginning or at the end of each row in the text. The program is simple to use, due to its straightforward interface: it features the source and the result areas, in which the text is displayed. Both areas include text editing tools, allowing you to cut, copy, paste or delete the selected pieces of text.Moreover, you can undo the most recent modifications or select the entire text, for further editing. The source can be imported from the clipboard or a local file. The program supports exclusively the .TXT format for both import and export, but it also allows you to manually type the text in both boxes.

Custom prefixes and suffixes

GR Prefix Suffix allows you to attach the desired prefixes or suffixes to each line in your text. You may insert custom strings, composed of alphanumeric characters and not only. The prefixes and suffixes can contain letters, numbers spaces and other punctuation signs. The are being placed at the beginning, respectively at the end of each row and can alternate or be added together.

Quickly modify a text based on line lengths

GR Prefix Suffix can recognize a line length, based on a graphic parameter, which changes once you resize the window. Thus, as you increase or decrease the interface, the rows change and so do the prefixes / suffixes. However, once you add these strings, resizing the window and modifying the lines might cause a faulty display of prefixes / suffixes.
