TFAST bundles a set of applications designed for processing and analyzing high-throughput sequence data. TFAST includes multiple Java-based utilities that can help you convert Illumina high-throughput sequence data to FASTA format, then to BLAST-formatted TXT files. The Frequency Counter tool allows you to generate position-frequency tables, enabling you to align NGS data to a target sequence.
