Intuitive design makes it easy to use

In terms of visuals, the application makes sure you don't have a hard time accommodating, especially because extra attention is needed when dealing with numerical values. A preset form covers most of your screen, with most of the effort consisting of editing fields to define your project. All tools you need are stored in an upper toolbar, while rulers at the top and sides provide a little bit more accuracy.Dedicated to engineering, the application considers by default that visual design of the report is of no importance, so you only get to work with a standard form. Not a lot of freedom is found in this sense, with the only options being to adjust table line thickness, as well as font for requirements and data, but nothing related to colors.

Quick editing and export options

Editing values can be done in a few ways. One of them means double clicking directly on the layout itself, with a new window brought up to let you insert data. This is done for each category so you don't feel overwhelmed by too much info at a time.On the other hand, you can use the upper toolbar to add all values. As such, you get to fill in info like project identification, borehole depth, groundwater level, in-situ data, technical and geotechnical log, physical and mechanical characteristics, as well as borehole scale.Additional options let you insert pictures and arrange them as you see fit around the workspace. When finished, you can export under different image file formats like JPG, GIF, BMP and PNG, or directly print out the project.

All in all, BLogPro is a handy application with which to easily fill in standard borehole drilling forms. Edit methods are pretty comprehensive and although they only consist of numerical values and line thickness, the standard layout and form are more than enough to satisfy the needs for such projects, with quick and practical export options.
