You can choose between several, uncommon and stylish fonts (e.g. "Indie Flower", "Playfair Display") provided by MonteNote, and even assign distinct fonts to different text selections within the same note. Multiple tags can be assigned to notes in order to easily locate them later.More familiar but still practical Office editing features are available, such as changing the text size, crossing out text, customizing text color, writing subscript, superscript, headers or quotes, as well as creating numbered, bullet or check lists. The note app worked smoothly in our tests while remaining light on system resources usage. On the downside, it doesn't have a spellchecker. Also, some buttons are not accompanied by descriptions on mouse hover, and the setup package is fairly large.Nevertheless, MonteNote provides a sophisticated approach to writing and organizing notes, backed by cool fonts and handy customization settings.Conclusion
