DIVERGE is an easy to use tool specially designed to help you detect functional divergence between member genes of a protein family. The analysis is based on (site-specific) shifted evolutionary rates after gene duplication or speciation. The interface allows you to load the data files that contain the structure and the alignment of the genes in order to estimate the coefficient of functional divergence.
