ASCON is a full featured contacts management system. It keeps an extensive range of details on your business contacts including phone calls made and received, what stage of the 'sell' they are at (ie they have made an enquiry, they have asked for a price, they have purchased. This allows you to target specific groups.ASCON is a business tool to manage your contact relationships and track the marketing and sales process. Up to 65 fields of information can be kept on each contact grouped into Phone numbers, Work details, Groups, Internet details, Money, History and Personal detailsEach contact can have an unlimited number of history notes attached to them and they can belong to any number of groups.You can track the sales process with simple checkboxes which allows you to get quick lists of contacts who have:Contacted you, but haven't asked for pricesAsked for a quote but haven't ordered/purchasedOrdered but haven't recieved your product/serviceRecieved product, but haven't paidWith a single click you can visit the contacts website or dial their phone number.
