It's wrapped in a well-organized yet outdated layout with four tabs (to-do, appointment, log, calendar), each providing distinct options. It might take a bit of time to learn what every button does since there is no help file to explain in detail.

Generate distinct categories and add notes

To get started, all you have to do is make a new group by giving it a relevant name that contains all the notes related to it. For example, daily activities category that includes various notations with what you have to do everyday. The tool supports multiple groups at the same time.The only options you have when composing a new entry, are the short description, due date selection and priority level (low, medium, high). It would've been a nice addition if it offered a few formatting tools, like font types, styles, colors and bullets list to help you easily manage different lists.

Schedule dates, meetings or consultations

In addition, you can set an alarm for a specific day, by enabling the desired type, audible and visual, or only one of them, frequency and recurrence, as well as enter additional notes and comments. Regarding appointments, you need to first select a day and hour for your meetings, and from the menu, insert the relevant title, alarm date, time and sounds.When an assignment is due to the current day, it flashes red and upcoming ones have the color orange. Other features worth mentioning are run in the system tray option, flash notifiers, and set the text and background color.
