Now discontinued, ReadThemAll is a Windows application that you can use to view text files. It's wrapped in a comfortable interface with a dark theme, ideal for enjoying your favorite book at night. There's also no installation involved, so you can keep it stored on a USB flash drive and run it on any notebook without setup.As previously mentioned, the program is officially discontinued, which means that it will not receive any further updates. However, it was always free to use, without any locked features, so you can still download and use it. Although this isn't clear, it contains no kind of text editing features, so you should look for another program if you're interested in that.

Read plain text documents, including books

This isn't obvious, but only plain text documents are supported by ReadThemAll. The main app window is in the shape of a rounded rectangle, similar to the shape of a Kindle.You can comfortably read stories when you're in front of the monitor, turn pages, and jump to any page number. It's also possible to add bookmarks, copy text from one line to another, find text using a search tool, change the orientation, and keep the window on top of other programs.

As far as customization preferences are concerned, you can pick a different font name and size, text and background colors, change the way autoscrolling works, or configure keyboard combinations for pausing and autoscrolling, among others. Other configuration settings revolve around the page turning effect, like gestures, clicks, keyboard, and turning speed.Although ReadThemAll hasn't received updates for a long time, we haven't experienced with the newest Windows edition in our tests. It had minimal impact on the system's performance and remained responsive to commands throughout its runtime.
