LaimEditor is Java-based text editor that comes packed with a sleek interface and support for syntax highlighting for programming and scripting languages, such as C/C++, C#, CSS, Delphi, HTML, Java, JavaScript, PHP and HTML.

No installation required

Setup is not necessary, which makes LaimEditor portable, as long as you have Java installed. You can drop the program files to any location on the hard disk and just click the JAR item to run.Another possibility is to save a copy of the app to a USB flash disk or similar storage unit, in order to run it on any PC with minimum effort.An important aspect to take into account is that the Windows registry and Start menu do not get updated with new entries, so no traces are left behind after the app's removal.
