Amnesia (formerly jSticker) is a practical and intuitive application geared toward offering a simple yet efficient method to manage your work using memos and notations, remind yourself about important events, and organize your contacts. Make sure you have Java installed on the drive for the app to properly work.

Approachable and clean layout

The tool is wrapped in a clear-cut and accessible interface, providing five distinct sections, namely calendar, alarm, sticker, memo, phone book, and an overall neat look that doesn't clutter the layout. In the calendar, you can view all the events and memos for the current day  and entire month. Plus, the view can be changed between daily, weekly, and monthly view.

Store temporary data using the sticky notes and set reminders

When setting a new alarm, you have to select the type (hourly, daily, yearly), title, start and end time, as well as a message, pane color, and sound. Unfortunately, the tone can't be changed with a custom one. For the sticker, it's necessary to choose the priority (e.g. low, medium, high), the title, description, along with its background color. They are automatically displayed in the left corner, where they can be pinned on top of other apps.

Insert and manage information about your acquaintances

The memos require only a name and importance. You can view them in the memo tab, in an organized list. When adding a new contact, you have to fill in its full name, the birth date that can be set as an alarm, email, website, and several phone numbers. In addition, you have the option to write its address, and see its details in a separate panel at the bottom of the screen. Sadly, there is no protection system to keep the data away from prying eyes, nor an option to export the records to TXT or RTF documents.
