myPortablePIM is a comprehensive application that comes bundled with a bunch of handy tools, like a reminder, note maker, launcher, address book, password storage and more. It's an accessible personal life management program, which, despite its small and hard-to-see icons, provides a well-organized and clean layout. You can quickly check upcoming events using the built-in monthly calendars located on the left. Plus, the two offered desktops buttons help you to access two different features simultaneously. When creating a new event, you have to input the calendar in use, subject, body text, additional notes, start and end date and time, and a descriptive icon from the gallery. Plus, you can enable the alarm and the repeat functions. Tasks, on the other hand, require a short description, date, priority (low, medium, high), and a representative icon as well.
