Calculator is a lightweight application that, as you may have guessed, enables you to perform mathematical calculations. It can be used for addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.However, this tool cannot be recommended in its current state, as the standard utility included in every Windows OS is much more powerful and easier to use.

Badly designed calculator that offers a very limited set of functions

On the whole, there are no positives to be mentioned, as Calculator lacks all but the most basic features you would expect to have access to when using such a utility.Only the four main mathematical operations are supported, you cannot insert decimals, and the application can only process up to ten digits.Most importantly, however, numbers cannot be inserted using a physical keyboard. You can only use the built-in number pad, which, needless to say, it not a particularly efficient way of performing calculations.Furthermore, it is not possible to paste values in the number field, although you can copy the results to the clipboard.

Simple installation wizard that features a built-in calculator

While we cannot think of a good reason for its inclusion, the application’s installer provides you with a nearly identical calculator that can be utilized before anything is set up on your PC.As opposed to the installed version, this calculator supports keyboard input, so it is difficult to understand why this functionality is not present in the primary application.However, the results are displayed in a command-line window, which is, of course, less than ideal.

Basic calculator that has no real uses

When it comes down to it, there is no good reason to install this application, as the standard Windows utility or even web-based calculators offer more features and are a lot easier to use.In the end, even if it were possible to input data using your keyboard, Calculator provides you with no functions that cannot be found in other similar tools.
