Process Killer - A simple-to-handle and portable piece of software that comes bundled with limited features for helping you view all processes that are running on your computer and kill the selected one
Process Killer is a small software application designed specifically for helping you view all processes that are currently running on your system and kill the selected ones. It can be deployed on all Windows versions out there. The utility is specifically designed as an alternative that you can appeal to in case the Windows Task Manager is blocked or stops working.
Portable tool
This is a portable program which can be stored on USB flash drives or other portable devices so you can have it with you all the time. In addition, you may run it without administrative privileges.Gaining access to its features requires only opening the executable file because there’s no setup included in the process. No settings files and registry entries are left on the host computer so you can get rid of it using a quick deletion task. The configuration data is actually saved on the storage device.
Simple looks
You are welcomed by a clean and straightforward design that integrates only a few configuration options. A help manual is not embedded in the package. However, you do not need to appeal to a help manual in order to understand how the tool works. Decoding the dedicated parameters won’t take much of your time because they look highly intuitive.
Terminate running processes
Process Killer gives you the possibility to browse throughout a list with all processes that are currently active on your system. The application does not reveal detailed information about them. It only shows the name of the process and corresponding ID.Another important feature worth being mentioned enables you to kill the selected process on the fly. Plus, you are allowed to manually refresh the list with programs in order to detect new processes.Tests have shown that Process Killer carries out a task quickly and without errors. It remains light on system resources so it does not burden the overall performance of the computer.
Finally
All in all, Process Killer offers support for basic features for helping you work with running processes. On the downside, you cannot get details about the CPU and memory usage for each tool, view comprehensive info about each process (e.g. PID, description, status), and automatically refresh the list with processes, just to name a few suggestions.
