A closer look at X-Workrave
Made as a portable version of WorkRave As setup is not required, you can save the program files in any disk directory and just click the executable to launch X-Workrave. You can also copy it to a pen drive or other removable storage unit, in order to run it on any PC easily. It doesn't modify the Windows registry configuration. Once launched, the app creates an icon in the system tray area and loads its default settings. It shows tutorials with how to perform simple relaxing exercises and lets you explore a calendar with recorded statistics when it comes to break and and repeated prompts, prompted and natural breaks taken, skipped and postponed breaks, overdue time, along with daily usage.
