A closer look at Sound Chef Pro

Making music on a computer is all about knowing how to play with various frequency sliders, timing, and turning knobs at just the right moment. A basic audio adjustment option is the equalizer you also encounter in media players. To get you familiar with this mode of operation, Sound Chef Pro provides an interactive set of sliders to learn the difference between equalizer frequencies. The application can be used on other computers besides your own, and this can be done by running it from a thumb drive, since it doesn’t require an installation to properly function. Apart from a great deal of flexibility, this also means system registries don’t need to be modified, thus keeping the target PC clean. On the visual side of things, all sliders, buttons, indicators, and knobs are all arranged in an audio mixer style interface, making it easy to identify all options at your disposal. One part is dedicated to controls you need, while the other is a real-time feedback of all your interactions. Scales show frequencies for all indicators, ranging from 20, to 20,000 Hz.
