Installing the Comment bank application creates a Toolbar button in Microsoft Word and/or Excel. The Comment Bank is activated from this button whilst using the Office program. The Comment Bank allows you to add,remove and edit statements in defined topics within a user created database. These statements may be joined together to form a report which is then inserted into the currently active Word document at the cursor location or Excel sheet at the current cell. Databases may be created, open and edited whilst the Comment Bank is in edit mode.
