CaSIR is a tiny and portable application that scans your computer for common malicious agents and attempts to remove them. Targets include viruses, worms and Trojans, among others. Since installation is not a prerequisite, you can extract the program files to any location on the hard disk and click it to run. It is also possible to save CaSIR to a USB flash disk or similar storage unit, in order to run it on any machine with minimum effort.
