runs as a Taskbar icon, or a desktop shortcut, giving you eight different ways to exit Windows.
The "shutdown" option shuts down the system and attempts to power it off.
The "reboot" option reboots Windows.
The "logoff" option terminates processes, then logs the current user out.
The "force" option forcibly terminates processes that do not respond, then logs off.
The "force shutdown" option forcibly terminates processes that do not respond, then shuts down the system and attempts to power off.
The "force logoff option forcibly terminates processes that do not respond, then logs off the current user and prompts for new logon.
The "force reboot" option forcibly terminates processes that do not respond, then restarts the system.
The "shutdown and restart" option shuts down the system, then restarts.
You can access any option from a Taskbar System Tray icon, or you can create a shortcut that performs any of the options immediately. As a safety net, you can have a warning dialog pop up before any action is executed.
