H_menu lets you utilize up to eight toolbars on each border, define a toolbar's working area, hide your desktop, and include as many buttons as you wish on each toolbar.
In addition, you can drag and drop your favorites directly from Internet Explorer.
The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
