allows you to place BMP, GIF, and JPG images around your desktop and use them as shortcuts.
You can quickly and easily add countless images to your desktop, and associate each one with a specific action, such as launching an application when it is clicked.
An image that has been loaded and displayed is referred to as a "frame" by DesktopFrames. A frame that contains a BMP or JPG image is always rectangular. One that contains a GIF can be rectangular or non-rectangular depending if its areas are transparent.
Frames can be in one of two different modes: static or interactive. In static mode, the frame is immovable, and the cursor appears as a normal arrow when above it.
In interactive mode, the frame is movable, and the cursor appears as a cross-hair when over the frame.
In addition, you can easily change a frame's mode.
