A closer look at LinkView Classic Network Analyzer

LinkView provides you with traffic and protocol analysis, frame capture and decoding with filtering capability, long-term statistics, a traffic generator, and event notification (e-mail and pager) which includes programmable alarm thresholds.

LinkView also features a protocol decoder entitled Examine, which lets you decode over 350 protocols.

An optional advanced Ethernet adapter offers you wirespeed traffic and error analysis, as well as a highly configurable wirespeed traffic generator for the 10/100 Ethernet adapter.

In addition, you can generate reports, import to and export from CSV files, and search and sort your records.

Please note that given the large size of the complete program (approximately 25 MB), the Examine protocol decoder is not included.
