What is K9?

In depth

A closer look at K9

K9 is a small utility that makes sure that the clock on your PC is synchronized with others on your Local Area Network. It does this by listening for NTP (Network Time Protocol) time broadcasts. If your LAN doesn't have NTP time broadcasts Tardis can provide them.

K9 has no user interface -- when you run it, it will appear on your task list but it has no visible windows. K9 runs in the background listening for NTP time broadcasts and quietly doing its job. Versions for Windows 3.x, Windows 95 and Windows NT are included in this Zip file.
