The program lets you type a quick note and send it instantly to any other user; its chat facility allows for a real-time two-way discussion; and the in-out display shows who is at their desk, or when they should be back.

It's4U can even tell you whether or not someone is using their PC, displaying a list of users and showing where they are logged on (if at all).

In addition, if you are out, or busy with a client, you can easily and quickly leave a message for all other users.

The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
