This utility can be launched by right-clicking a file within Windows Explorer and selecting the "Split" menu item.

You can either split a file to a new subdirectory, or span it onto floppy disks, and easily merge the parts of a split file without running Scalpel.

It also enables you to adjust the size of the parts, and includes drag-and-drop capability.
