ReBRAT (Recursive Batch Rename and Attribute modification Tool) includes drag-and-drop and shell extension capabilities, enabling you to manipulate file-name uppercase and lowercase characters, replace spaces, use the old DOS file name conventions (eight characters for the name and three for the extension), and toggle file attributes on and off.
