Fully integrated with the Windows shell, FileQuest's features include: virtual folders; user-defined reports; automated batch file operations; an application manager; and more.

You can also view up to 15 windows at the same time, and define personal folders, which behave just like regular ones, except that a personal folder's files reside in many different locations on your hard drive.

The program is user-friendly and highly customizable, letting you change colors, fonts, and icon sizes. In addition, it includes an integrated taskbar, multi-user support (networking), and filtering, and allows you to define bookmarks.
