is a search tool that locates files on your hard disks or floppies.
Text Find not only finds files that contain the search string you've entered, but also returns words with similar meanings. For example, a search for the word "soft" returns a list of files that contains the words soft, low, easy, delicate, kind, light, and smooth.
The Text Find database is based on the public domain 1913 U.S. Webster's Unabridged Dictionary.
Text Find can limit searches to a specific folder and employ file mask, date, and size filters. It also provides the option of eliminating its special search algorithm, when you would rather conduct exact searches. You can launch files returned by your searches with a quick double click, and send search results to your printer or save them to disk.
Text Find can also find Web sites with content similar to the word for which you searched.
