is a networkable tool that invisibly monitors and records computer activity, including keystrokes and applications that are accessed.
The program runs undetected in the background, monitoring computer activity.
It tracks the date of use, start time, elapsed time, inactive time, names of programs that ran during the time period, and the captions of all active windows used. A variety of custom reports can be generated. The reports include the user and computer name, each active program, window title, menus, buttons, check boxes, lists, and more. Report data can be exported to HTML or sent by e-mail.
A "Deploy" utility is included for creating custom-configured standalone installations of Investigator that can be installed "silently" on additional computers.
Deployed on a network, Investigator reports all activity on every workstation to a single database.
