combines PC and Internet surveillance tools to allow you to monitor the use and abuse of your computer.
STARR enables you to monitor the use and abuse of a PC easily and invisibly. It lets you log keystrokes, user names, passwords, paths, access times, and window titles of all running applications.
The program features a function entitled Surfing Spy which automatically logs all URLs of visited Web sites, stores the information in a password-protected encrypted file, and displays it in HTML, spreadsheet, and text format.
A wizard allows you to easily select between all surveillance options, including log file encryption and compression, automatic startup, open or stealth operating mode, and log file backdating. The log file can be sent to another PC via a standard SMTP/POP3 e-mail account.
Please note that while running in stealth mode, STARR does not appear in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar, the task list, or the rest of the taskbar.
This program was previously known as Stealth Activity Recorder and Reporter (STARR).
