It can be used to: monitor and log activities of users (including their applications, Web sites, Newsgroups and IRC); create an Internet timer to see how much time you spend on-line; see how much time you spend playing a game (like Quake); stop anyone from accessing your computer at specific times; and track how much time you work on particular documents and create a billing table for your clients.
You can also have the program remind you to take periodic stretch breaks.
