A common interface provides access to two separate functions. The encryption utility asks for a password, then lets you select one or more files to add to a single encrypted file. It also offers the option of burying the files within another binary file, such as an Microsoft Word document or a bitmap image.
The Private Folder feature creates a special folder on your hard drive that's impossible to access without the proper password. You can easily toggle the folder in and out of view from within the KPKfile interface. When the folder isn't hidden, you can access its contents just as with any other folder on your computer.
