While Windows is starting up, it checks to see if you are pressing a combination of keys. If those keys are not pressed, the files in a specific folder are erased without the possibility of reconstructing them with utilities like UnErase and Undelete.
Once the folder is deleted, the program deletes itself from your hard disk so that any perpetrator has no idea that there was any sensitive data on your disk.
