The program features seamless integration with Adobe Acrobat Exchange 4.0 for digitally signing PDF documents, and allows you to digitally sign and encrypt any file or document using the e-Sign companion application, which is integrated with your MAPI mail client.

The Desktop Signing add-on seamlessly integrates with your operating system and enables you to digitally sign, encrypt, verify, and decrypt a file of any format from your desktop or Windows Explorer.

The signed and encrypted files can further be sent by e-mail by simply right-clicking the file in Windows Explorer.

Assured Office also includes support for multiple signatures, for digitized electronic signatures using mouse- and WinTab-compliant tablet devices, for profiles to store commonly-used settings for signing and encrypting, and for policies to govern the signing and encryption operations of a document.
