HiClock queries one of the National Institute of Standards and Technology time servers, which returns the correct standard time. The standard time is then converted to local time and compared with the internal system time on your PC, and if necessary with adjustments being made.
The program automatically verifies the time when you are connected to the Web, and includes two alarm functions and support for skins.
