DbTools User Interface consists of four tools. DbLoader is a program for data importing from SQL scripts to a database. DbExport is a program for data exporting from databases to text files. DbView is a program for looking through database tables. Console is a console version of the DbLoader program.

DbTools lets you export data from a Microsoft Access database by using the DbExport program, then import this data into an Oracle database by using the DbLoader program.

DbTools software is helpful for any data migrations between different databases. If you use scripts for building your databases, the program DbLoader and it's console version, Console, are able to make database files from scripts quickly.
