On each quarter hour you can choose to play a section of the Westminster Chimes, play a brief chime, or turn the chimes off.

You can mark each hour with a number of tolls of Big Ben itself. Your choices include full chimes and tolls, one toll for each hour, one toll only, or no sound.

The program resides in the System Tray.
