A closer look at IE URL Link Control
This control emulates as closely as possible the behaviour of URL links in Internet browsers. The control provides several properties, including hover underline and hover color. Graphics or text can be used for URL captions and you can synchronize the properties of the control with Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
You have full event control when the URL is clicked, and the control tracks URLs that have been clicked, displaying "visited" colors or graphics in the same manner as a browsers would. You can fully customize the behavior of the mouse.
