It gives you the ability to retrieve the current IP address of the machine the component is installed on. This is especially useful for dial-up users who receive a different IP address every time they are online. DSDns also allows you to validate IP addresses.
DSDns can be used with any COM compliant environment such as: scripting languages, Visual Basic, VBA, VC++, BC++, Delphi, and Power Builder.
