Using your favorite HTML (or text) editor, you simply open one of the included templates, and customize the parameters to set the size and position of your banner, add and format text, load image files, and assign a transition behavior to each slide element.
You can include effects, such as zoom, slide, and marquee animation of text and images, as well as automatic animation pausing when the cursor moves over the display.
CoolBE is intended (at the least) for those with basic HTML coding skills.
