allows you to create multiple animated text messages which can be added to Web sites in the form of Java applets.
In depth
You simply enter a text message, a title, a subtext, and a corresponding URL (the latter three can also be left blank); select your animation settings from the available menus; and click the "Apply To All" button (the "Apply" button applies the settings to a single message).
Each text message can be displayed for a specific length of time and include rollover, shadow, wave, jitter, and other effects, as well as images, sounds, and tickers.
In addition, you can quickly preview your applet and customize colors.
