is a Web browser that incorporates all the tools required by a Webmaster in order to test the functionality of Web sites.
The program is a simplified Web site test suite creation based on Internet Explorer. It is completely object-oriented and Web aware (recordings are made in a Web browser context). It can also execute true-time manual recordings and automatically synchronized playbacks.
The program captures and replays tests made manually with the browser, and records user actions from all HTML formats and constructions. It supports JavaScript, ASP, and manual scripting or recorded-script editing in C.
There are test wizards to help you create automatic test sequences for selected Web sites. These cover all HTTP links and all form buttons and input areas. You can also take advantage of the "round-the-loop" Web site content validation and the page text validation either through the wizard or during a recording.
A one millisecond-resolution timer which you can set and check whenever you wish is also built-in.
CAPBAK/Web allows the implementation of the three most important functions needed for Web site verification and validation: detailed performance timing, individual page content change detection, and end to end validation of E-Commerce applications.
