The IDRISI package is a widely used geographic information system (GIS) package, with one main constraint: the plotting and printing capabilities. SURFER is a geostatistic package from Golden Software with excellent plotting and printing capabilities. IDRISI can only convert vector files to SURFER.
IdriSurf converts IDRISI raster (IMG and DOC) files into Surfer (GRD) grid files.
