is an elaborate GPS navigation application which allows you to directly determine your position on earth, and use any type of map in BMP format.
The digital dials situated to the left of the map continuously display the speed, position (latitude and longitude), height, bearing, date, and time, and a speech module pronounces all this information.
The program uses the moving-map principle, letting you easily zoom up to five levels deep into the map.
GPSMap also enables you to store all the route data (speed, position, height, bearing, date, and time), which can be displayed later, showing exactly what route was followed, and which places were visited.
In addition, you can scan your maps, or download them from the Internet.
