Aneesoft Free MOV Video Converter is an application designed to turn video types of different formats into MOV, compatible with QuickTime. It's capable of reading movies of several file types, such as Windows Media (WMV, ASF), Real Video (RMVB, RM), AVI, 3GG, MPEG-4 (MP4) and DVD (VOB).

However, it can be still downloaded as well as purchased from the developer.Following a speedy setup operation, you're welcomed by a typical interface made from a window that can be populated with multiple video files to process everything at once. Aneesoft Free MOV Video Converted was tested on Windows 10 in our evaluation and we're not sure if this is the reason why it failed to open many video files we had lined up.

Preview clips, take snapshots, run conversions

Clips can be previewed within the main window and snapshots can be saved anywhere on the disk. There are also video editing and merging options available but they, sadly, cannot be tried in the unregistered edition. Not even the audio and video settings of the new, converted files can be configured in this locked mode. On the other hand, you can point out where you want to save the new files as well as schedule the computer to shut down as soon as the task is over.

Couldn't open a lot of files

Despite its flaws, Aneesoft Free MOV Video Converter carried out MOV conversion tasks successfully in our tests and had minimal effect on video quality. It took a reasonable amount of time to do this while remaining light on system resources consumption. Also, the app offers to open the output folder on job completion so you can open the new MOV in a media player and check results.All aspects considered, Aneesoft Free MOV Video Converter wouldn't be our first choice in matter of video conversion jobs. The interface is packed with a bunch of features that cannot be used unless you get the registered version. On top of that, it inexplicably failed to recognize many videos we tried to open.
