A closer look at AniMap Plus

AniMap Plus is integrated with the SiteFinder databases, which contains hundreds of listings of cities, towns (including those that no longer exist), farms, ranches, rural schools, mining camps, stagecoach stops, railroad stations, ghost towns and many other places of historical interest. The listings include the county in which each is located, and the latitude/longitude coordinates for all but a few. You can select listings for places from the SiteFinder database and plot them accurately on the maps (using varying designs and colors) along with a label showing the place name.

All maps can be printed directly from the program, in black-and-white or color, or you may export them to a BMP file to use in word processing or desktop publishing programs. You can also use a paintbrush program to enhance the maps with additional text, colors, etc.
