DynIP's server then guarantees that your domain name is resolved to your current IP address anytime you are connected to the Internet. The client software ensures that your static domain name constantly refers to your current IP address, and also provides for a convenient desktop hour clock, an online timer and connect-charge counter, and a keep-alive utility. The client can also synchronize your computer's clock to a time server on the Internet.
