is a visual HTML authoring application for the quick creation of professional Web pages.
The program's drag-and-drop WYSIWYG interface means that Web pages with mouse-over events can be created in minutes by non-professionals without the need to learn HTML, DHTML, Java, Javascript, or any other programming language. You simply use the program's dialog boxes to select images, to type text, and to load files from almost any word processor. You use the mouse to position and scale these elements, and various dialog boxes assist you in creating events and links.
Other features include a TXT, HTM, and RTF editor that also supports conversion between these formats and the ability to import/export these formats from other popular text editors including Microsoft Word. An HTML file can also be imported, edited, positioned, and used without concern that it will be modified by the program.
The Vector/Polygon editor can be used to create buttons and graphics with texture maps. Web Spinner also supports the import of several popular bitmap and audio formats including GIF, JPG, BMP, WAV, and Midi. The program can also be instructed to gather all files together into a single directory to substantially simplify publishing the finished project to a server. In addition, a helpful wizard can assist you on most creation tasks.
