Pad-O-Rama lets you easily paste HTML code into any editor, instead of typing it. This simplifies entering items by hand, including body tags, forms, frames, images, hex codes, links, lists, rules, sounds, and tables. In addition, an alphabetical listing of HTML tags, along with descriptions, is included for reference, and quick pasting into your document.

All the tags are available from a small toolbar that can optionally stay on top of all other windows.
