is a Dynamic HTML (DHTML) authoring tool.It lets you use simple drag and drop to create Web Pages that include complex event driven animation. It gives you the ability to attach motion paths to other motion paths in a hierarchical fashion. You can also create complex triggers that can be defined by object intersection, object triggers, counters, metamorph operations, and more.
The program comes with a full-featured editor that handles HTML, TXT and RTF file formats. In addition to creating motion paths the vector/polygon editor can be used to create buttons and graphics with texture maps.
IMS Web Engine can import and export several popular bitmap and audio formats, including GIF, JPEG, BMP, WAV and MIDI.
